I was told by a HP rep that I should update grade to a newer model that would work with the fiber network. I had an older HP8710 printer which continued to drop out and not be seen on the network. I have a BGW320-505 router bridged with a Google router which was set up by the AT&T tech. ISB7005 Wireless STB - Master Bedroom wired to port. I have just switched to AT&T Fiber from Spectrum. VDP2250 DVR wired to port in Family Room. I don't spend much time with the smartphone apps as it is mostly a set it and forget it for any of them including AT&T Smart Home Manager. 2 Connecting and Configuring Your NETGEAR Router. Put the gateway in ip passthrough to the ASUS router. HAs something changed in required settings that i can switch on or off to make it work My wireless TVs and other devices connect and work like they should. Are you using the ASUS routers as access points or as a router if as a router, connect the gateway to the ASUS wan port. If I do the work to make AT&T's gateway a passthrough, is it worth it? I've found the SmartHome App to be cumbersome and unresponsive at best, but I don't have experience with anything else.
